Job description
LucyRx, a pioneering PBM, seeks a Director, Pharmacy Product Development to own the product roadmap from concept to post-launch. You will lead two product managers and collaborate with Technology, Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, Client Success, and Clinical to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that meet client and member needs.
role requires strong leadership, healthcare product understanding, and proven ability to translate clinical strategy into buildable requirements and operating plans.
