Crouse Health in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Director, Pharmacy Business Operations & 340B to lead strategic, financial, operational, and compliance efforts for the 340B program and the retail pharmacy business. The role sits on-site at 736 Irving Ave and reports to leadership, driving performance and access.
You will shape governance, budgets, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, and IT to optimize margins and patient access.
