Job description
MedStar Health is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across pharmacy benefit management, formulary strategy, and pharmacy quality initiatives within the health plan. You will collaborate with PBMs, providers, and operations to optimize programs and improve patient outcomes while managing total cost of care.
