Job description
VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region in Vermont seeks a full-time Director of Philanthropy to lead its comprehensive fundraising program and advance its mission.
The role builds donor relationships, oversees staff, and collaborates with leadership to set annual goals, budgets, and campaigns. On-site in Rutland, VT, requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising with strong donor cultivation and stewardship.
