A trusted pediatric practice serving Memphis Metro Area since 1997, is seeking an entrepreneurial healthcare executive to lead our next phase of growth.

For nearly three decades, our team has cared for children and families across three clinics in Memphis Metro Area. We have built our reputation on clinical excellence and community trust. We are now positioning the practice for its next chapter — expanding our pediatric roster while evolving into a multi-specialty group.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional administrator role. We are looking for a growth-minded professional — part strategist, part recruiter, part deal-maker — who can help us identify, attract, and integrate new physicians into the practice. The right person will think and execute like a business builder while honoring the clinical and community values that have defined our clinic since 1997.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a physician recruitment strategy across pediatrics, primary care specialties and ancillary services to enable the clinic's growth.
Build a pipeline of pediatricians, primary care physicians, and allied health care providers in complementary fields
Establish relationships with residency programs, physician networks, and recruiting partners
Shape a long-term growth roadmap for sustainable expansion across Memphis Metro Area and adjoining States.
Who We're Looking For
Demonstrated success recruiting or placing physicians, ideally in a private practice or multi-specialty setting
Strong working knowledge of provider reimbursement across various medical specialities.
Experience with social media marketing, use of AI tools in healthcare setting.
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable identifying opportunities and owning outcomes
Working knowledge of physician compensation models, contracts, and practice economics
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience with practice expansion, mergers, or specialty integration is a plus
MBA, MHA, or equivalent business/healthcare management background preferred;
comparable practical experience will also be considered.
