Job description
TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Director of Physician and Provider Relations (Sales) to grow hospital volumes by building strong relationships with physicians, surgeons and hospital leadership.
You will develop strategic plans to increase inpatient and outpatient volumes, engage with OR staff, use CRM to identify barriers, and present data-driven growth proposals to facility leadership.
