Job description
City of Charlevoix, Michigan, seeks a Director of Planning & Zoning / Code Enforcement Official to lead land use planning, zoning administration, STR oversight, blight and sign enforcement, and major development reviews. The role also serves as the Code Enforcement Official and supports the Planning Commission and ZBA.
A hands-on leader, you will communicate effectively with residents, developers and partner agencies, manage budgeting, and attend evening meetings as required.
