Job description
Benchmark Senior Living in Roseland, NJ seeks an experienced Maintenance Director/Director of Plant Operations to oversee maintenance and housekeeping at our assisted living community. The role is hands-on with administrative duties and a focus on safe, reliable building systems.
You will lead the maintenance team, develop preventive maintenance programs, ensure OSHA and fire code compliance, and coordinate repairs to mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems with HVAC emphasis.
