Job description
National Grid is hiring a Director, Power Plant Management to oversee the safety, reliability, and economic performance of an electric generating facility. This role requires daily in-person leadership to drive plant operations, capital projects, and regulatory compliance.
You will manage budgets, coordinate with government officials and local agencies, and lead a team to deliver high performance while ensuring adherence to MARSEC, NERC-CIP, and environmental standards.
