Job description
Green Key Resources is assisting a confidential Indianapolis contractor in finding a Director of Preconstruction. The role focuses on leading front-end planning, with collaboration across clients, architects, engineers and operations to move projects from concept to construction-ready budgets and GMPs.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in preconstruction/estimating, strong budgeting, constructability and leadership capabilities. Relocation to Indianapolis is expected for the right candidate.
