POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Primary Care Service Line is a senior operational leader responsible for the overall performance, leadership, growth, and operational success of Hattiesburg Clinic’s primary care practices within the Jackson market. The service line includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric practices operating across multiple locations. The Director provides leadership and oversight for the entire service line and is accountable for ensuring that each practice operates effectively, efficiently, and consistently with the mission, strategic priorities, policies, and operational expectations of Hattiesburg Clinic. The Director is expected to maintain a strong presence within the practices, understand the day-to-day operations of each location, recognize operational and financial concerns early, and proactively develop solutions in collaboration with physicians, managers, and executive leadership. The Director promotes a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement while ensuring that each practice provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
