Job description
Alpha School is hiring for a Director of Membership to own the admissions journey for a single campus, from inquiry through day one. You will manage 20+ active families at different stages, conduct tours and shadow days, and deliver admissions decisions in person.
Ideal candidates have led in-person tours for affluent families, used AI in client workflows, and thrived in a high-expectation, on-site environment at a private K-12 network.
