Job description

Nscale is hiring a Director, Process Optimization to design and lead the process design, standardisation, and continuous improvement function across the Business Operations organisation. You will create scalable playbooks, ownership models, KPIs, and repeatable processes to support growth across sites and geographies.

You will build the operating standards, ensure clarity between operations, legal, procurement, recruitment, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, and drive measurable improvements
