Job description
DCI Donor Services is seeking a Director of Processing Operations in Nashville, TN. The role leads all processing-related operations in the Tissue Bank, driving quality, on-time delivery, and cross-department collaboration to support new product launches and process improvements.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of tissue banking leadership, direct management experience, and CTBS certification. A Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required, with strong MS Office proficiency.
