Job description
Joint Commission International seeks a Director, Product Delivery for Accreditation and Certification Operations in Oakbrook Terrace. You will lead a pod of Account Executives and Organization Engagement staff, drive mission expansion, and oversee strategic account plans to grow partnerships and improve program retention.
You will manage staff, develop relationships, support retention, and ensure alignment with JCIs vision while contributing to safety culture. Travel up to 15% may be required.
