Job description
Capital One’s Experience Design organization seeks a Product Design Director to lead the Business Travel experiences. You will drive a differentiated vision and guide cross-functional teams to craft end-to-end native experiences that win at the top of the market.
You will partner with craft leads, designers, researchers, and Product and Tech leadership to shape strategy, design systems, and deliver high-impact projects balancing business value with customer delight.
