Director of Product & Design - Remote Impact Leader

Job description

Recidiviz is hiring a Director of Product and Design to lead a growing team of product managers and designers, shaping strategy and the people systems that drive impact. You’ll partner with government leaders and stakeholders to build products that reduce incarceration and improve outcomes nationwide.

You’ll report to the Chief Impact Officer, set clear roadmaps, and foster a culture of thoughtful design, rigorous product discovery, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is expected.
