Job description
Recidiviz is hiring a Director of Product and Design to lead a growing team of product managers and designers, reporting to the Chief Impact Officer. You will shape strategy, build scalable systems, and drive mission-aligned outcomes at scale across the U.S. Travel to state partners is expected.
You will partner with engineering, data science, state engagement, and marketing to deliver user-centered products with measurable impact in the criminal justice space.
