Job description
MaxLinear, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Engineering in Irvine to lead the engineering team through the full product lifecycle—from design to manufacturing and production release.
You will drive yield improvement, SOC performance, and cost optimization while mentoring top talent across CMOS, RF, and mixed-signal domains. The role requires deep CMOS/ mm-wave knowledge, hands-on leadership, and experience releasing complex products on 16nm and below nodes.
