Job description
Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead our Financial Incentives team in New York City. This role reports to the Head of Product and will own the financial layer that powers member engagement and payments at scale.
You will lead 3-4 PM teams, shape the strategy for incentives, payment mechanisms, and claims adjudication, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted, high-impact products. Compensation transparency is provided below.
