Job description
Lookout Local is seeking a senior, mission-driven Director of Product Success to lead product strategy, experimentation, and business performance across our national platform. This role reports to the CEO and partners with the Chief of Staff and national leadership to advance growth and civic mission.
You will own platform-wide leadership and next-stage product monetization, including AI-powered and information products, ensuring editorial quality and reader value while driving revenue.
