Job description
Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Customer Management Platform Lead to set the platform vision and drive strategic investments in line and balance transfer experiences for millions of customers across Capital One and Discover.
You will lead a small, cross-functional product team (4-6 direct reports, partnering with multiple tech teams) to deliver high-impact capabilities, coach team members, and ensure audits and customer-ready delivery as the platform evolves.
