Job description
Upbound Group Inc. in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Director of Product, Retention to own the product vision and strategy for retention across its portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team and work with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to enhance customer experiences and reduce churn.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. An MBA is preferred. The position is based in-office and offers full-time employment.
