Job description
Deckers Brands, home of HOKA Road Footwear, seeks a Director of Product to lead the Road category. You will guide a high-performing PLM team and drive the product strategy for road running and racing globally from Portland, OR, with a hybrid in-office schedule three days a week.
You will partner across functions to craft consumer-first road strategies, deliver compelling briefs, and influence stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and representing the brand in GTM gates and media
