Job description
Chromalloy seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the Tampa Castings site, guiding an ~40-person engineering team across production and process engineering, tooling, NPI, and automation initiatives. This role focuses on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving growth and digital transformation.
You will develop the engineering strategy, sponsor automation projects, and collaborate with operations, quality, CI, EHS, and HR to achieve site objectives.
