Capital One seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to lead large-scale initiatives across the Global Payments Network and Cloud Operations & Resiliency Engineering. You will shape TPM strategy, align roadmaps with business goals, and drive cross‑functional delivery across diverse engineering teams.
