Job description
J Street Property Services seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the on-site service team, oversee preventative maintenance, and partner with the Community Director to deliver a responsive resident experience.
You will drive safety, ensure apartment readiness, manage vendors and capital projects, and maintain strong ownership of asset performance while modeling professionalism and urgency in daily operations.
