Job description
Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is seeking a Director of Property Operations to oversee contracts and services and to lead a robust property management program supporting the Authority’s growing Bay Area portfolio.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple departments, demonstrate a strong background in affordable housing, including LIHTC and project-based or Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher programs, and drive long-term financial health.
