Job description
Connection is seeking a strategic Director of Proposals in the United States to lead enterprise-wide response efforts to RFPs, RFIs, and complex bids. You will standardize processes, drive win strategies, and coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs to deliver winning, compliant proposals.
You will build and mentor a capable proposal team, establish governance, and manage timelines to improve win rates and efficiency across the organization.
