NOW Healthcare Recruiting is seeking a Director of Psychiatrist to join their team in Boston, MA. This role is partially remote, requiring 2 days from home and 3 days on site at Worcester. The Director will oversee Psych NPs while managing a diverse team. The position offers a salary range of $250,000 - $270,000, health benefits, and a retirement plan. Candidates must be MD Psychiatrists. A HPSA score improvement also offers $50,000 loan repayment after a 2-year commitment.
