Job description
Paycom seeks a Project Director to manage all phases of research and product development within the Product Department, from acquisition through completion. The PD collaborates with EC for approvals, plans budgets, and guides a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Production, and Technology, ensuring psychometric rigor and profitability of each project.
