Job description
SmartCOP, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the New Name acquisition strategy for the public safety software segment. The role drives aggressive growth, mentors a multi-disciplinary team, and manages high-value enterprise deals across CAD, RMS, and JMS solutions.
You will own the sales cycle, forecast performance, and maintain executive relationships with public safety leaders while reporting to the Executive Vice President. This is a remote position with significant travel.
