Job description
Amazon's PXT Central Science team is seeking a Director of Qualitative Research and Survey Science to own the qualitative research practice and shape employee surveys at scale across the organization.
You will lead a team of qualitative researchers and survey scientists, partner with quantitative leaders, and translate insights for senior leadership to drive people decisions in compensation, retention, and workforce planning.
