Job description
Pilgrim’s is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for feed mills. This full-time role requires proximity to Pilgrim’s complexes in order to support operations; travel up to 30 weeks per year is expected. The position oversees animal food safety, QA programs, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
Ideal candidates have QA/food safety experience with FDA/USDA rules and a background in poultry science or related fields. Competitive benefits and a bonus plan are offered.
