Job description
Pilgrim’s is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for Feed Mills to lead Animal Food Safety programs, USDA and third-party certifications, and regulatory compliance across our mills near Mount Pleasant, TX. This is an on-site role requiring travel to facilities as needed.
The director will manage QA plans, audits, and verification programs, support the Technical Services Division, and drive continuous improvement through audits and training.
