Job description
Thea Energy, Inc. is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead and scale our quality organization from startup to enterprise.
This hands-on, strategic role will draft QA frameworks, oversee first-article inspections, and drive a robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001, AS9100, and NQA-1. You will recruit and mentor a team of quality engineers, partner with engineering and manufacturing, and push for continuous improvement and safety across hardware and software designs.
