Job description
Dycom seeks a Director of Quality Assurance to establish and drive a TL9000-based QMS across Inside Plant and Wireless construction projects, targeting zero-defect execution in hyperscaler data centers and strict adherence to standards.
Based in a corporate office, with up to 30-40% travel to active sites nationwide for audits and milestone reviews, you’ll lead CAPA, data analytics, and training for field teams, while interfacing with client and external QA representatives.
