Job description
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton, part of Lifepoint Health, is opening a brand-new 40-bed rehabilitation hospital in spring 2027. We seek a Director of Quality Management (DQM) to lead hospital-wide Continuous Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives.
You will work with the CEO and Medical Staff to establish PI priorities, measure performance, and ensure compliance with federal/state regs and accreditation standards. RN licensure and PI leadership are highly valued.
