Job description
Repligen seeks an experienced Quality Leader to join our Shrewsbury, MA facility. The Director of Quality will oversee Quality Operations and Incoming Quality Control, maintain ISO 9001 QMS, and drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability.
You will mentor a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance across audits, CAPA, validation, change controls, and lifecycle activities in a matrix environment.
