Overview
Lead all activities within the Quality Systems function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and consistent implementation across all facilities.
Responsibilities
Lead all activities within the Quality Systems function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and consistent implementation across all facilities
Oversee the Quality Assurance budget and guide the development and enforcement of corporate standards, policies, and procedures
Evaluate internal and external audit results, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulated product requirements
Partner with regulatory and executive leadership, support customer communications, and represent the company during audits and site visits
Provide direction to Quality System Managers and review corporate documentation to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree required with a strong emphasis in a natural science.
Minimum of five years in senior-level quality assurance or quality control leadership, ideally at the Director or Senior Manager level, with a strong preference for experience overseeing operations across multiple sites
Ability to manage multiple sites
Experience in high-speed consumer goods regulated manufacturing required; contract manufacturing is a plus
Experience with cGMP manufacturing
