Job description
Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety to lead and unify QA across two Chicago-area manufacturing sites. This senior role requires strategic and operational oversight of QMS, HACCP plans, and regulatory compliance.
The Director will travel between facilities, standardize QA procedures, drive CAPA and supplier quality improvements, and report to executive leadership on quality performance and budget implications.
