We are currently seeking an experienced:
DIRECTOR of QUALITY – HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Star Ratings program for Home Health and Hospice
Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Value-based Purchasing program for Home Health
Serve as internal expert on CMS methodology changes and reporting guidance
Review CMS Provider Preview Reports and lead pre-publication response efforts
Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership on quality strategy
Prepare executive dashboards, board-level summaries, and leadership reports
Prepare and present Quality program updates to Liberty leadership and other employees as appropriate
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Active clinical license (RN required; BSN strongly preferred)
Active OASIS Certification preferred (must be maintained during employment)
Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience in home health and hospice.
Demonstrated experience with home health and hospice CMS quality reporting programs
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
