Job description
Liberty Home Care & Hospice in Wilmington, North Carolina seeks a Director of Quality to provide strategic oversight of CMS Star Ratings and CMS Value-based Purchasing for Home Health and Hospice. The role partners with Compliance, Operations, and Leadership to shape quality strategy and reporting.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (BSN preferred), has 5–7 years in home health and hospice, and maintains OASIS Certification.
