Job description
Staff Pad in partnership with a healthcare organization in Pomona, CA seeks a Director of Quality Improvement to provide organization-wide leadership for the Quality Improvement program. You will translate regulatory requirements into measurable action plans and work with executives to drive patient outcomes and safety.
Under CMO/COO leadership, you will oversee data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement while guiding staff and coordinating with IT, Compliance, and other departments.
