Job description
The University of Illinois Chicago seeks a Director of Quality Improvement for Mile Square Health Center in Chicago. The RN leader will drive quality, safety, equity, and performance through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include leading HRSA UDS quality measures, PCMH recognition, and quality dashboards; mentoring Quality Navigators; and translating data into actionable improvement plans that enhance patient outcomes and care equity.
