Job description
The Staff Pad is seeking a Director of Quality Improvement in Pomona, CA to lead the organization’s quality program. You will work with the CMO/COO, driving patient safety, equity, and care quality through data-driven strategies.
You will oversee quality measurement, governance, and performance improvement initiatives across departments, with emphasis on reporting to leadership and ensuring regulatory compliance.
