Job description
BW Papersystems, a Barry-Wehmiller Group company, seeks a Director of Quality to drive the Quality Improvement Strategy across operations. You will lead a cross-functional team to build and sustain a robust quality management system, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction while increasing profitability in a safe environment.
The role requires 10+ years leading quality in capital equipment manufacturing, with experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, and Strategy Deployment.
