Job description
Jefferson Memorial Hospital is seeking a Director of Quality to lead the development and oversight of quality improvement and patient safety programs across the facility.
You will work with hospital leadership and department heads to promote a culture of continuous improvement, monitor metrics, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff training.
