Job description
Mountains-Community-Hospital is seeking a Quality and Regulatory Compliance Director to lead program development, implement quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and patient safety across the hospital district. You will engage staff and report quality data to external organizations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role oversees committees, surveys, dashboards, and policy reviews, requiring a Bachelor’s degree, California RN license, and CPHQ preferred.
