Job description
Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Director of the Quality Department to manage operations and supervise a multidisciplinary team. The role leads development and implementation of quality improvement and regulatory programs across the organization.
The position requires a healthcare leadership background, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferred Master’s degree, with CPHQ certification within 3 years and Lean/Six Sigma credentials. Strong data analysis and collaboration skills are essential.
